이 대회는 19세 이상의 아마추어 맥주, 미드 (벌꿀주), 사이다 (하드사이더), 또는 쌀 양조주 홈브루어 누구나 참가할 수 있습니다. 참가비는 출품작당 10,000원입니다.
모든 우편물은 발송 기한 내에 배송 주소로 도착해야 합니다. 발송 시간을 확보해 주시기 바랍니다.
모든 출품작은 일반인이 구할 수 있는 재료로 만든 수작업 제품이어야 하며, 비상업적 장비(즉, 상업적 양조 시설 사용 금지)에서 제작되어야 합니다. 단, Brew on Premises(대관 양조장)에서 제작된 제품은 사용된 장비가 일반적인 홈브루 규모일 경우 출품이 허용됩니다.
BJCP 하위 카테고리별로 맥주 1작품씩만 출품할 수 있습니다. 예를 들어, 4A Munich Helles 하위 카테고리에 맥주 1작품과 4B Festbier 하위 카테고리에 맥주 1작품을 출품할 수 있지만, 4A Munich Helles 하위 카테고리에 맥주 2작품을 출품할 수는 없습니다.
대회 위원회는 출품작 수에 따라 스타일 카테고리를 통합할 권리가 있습니다. 최대한 유사한 스타일을 통합해 심사할 예정이며, 통합된 카테고리의 맥주는 원래 출품한 스타일 기준으로 평가됩니다. 대회 위원회 위원도 대회에 자유롭게 출품할 수 있으나, Best of Show (BOS) 수상 대상에서는 제외됩니다.
각 카테고리에서 1위를 차지한 참가자는 Best of Show(BOS) 라운드에 진출하며, 전체 최우수 맥주 1작품이 선정됩니다. The Seoul Cup BOS 수상한 맥주는 서울브루어리와 협업하여 양조될 예정입니다.
Best of Show 심사는 상위 수상작을 대상으로 한 2차 심사를 통해 Best of Show 패널이 결정합니다.
출품한 병은 반환되지 않습니다.

This competition is open to any amateur beer, mead, cider, or rice brew homebrewers age 19 or older. Entry fee is ₩10,000 per entry.
All mailed entries must be received at the mailing location within the shipping deadline - please allow for shipping time.
All entries must be handcrafted products, containing ingredients available to the general public, and made on non-commercial equipment (i.e., no use of commercial brewer facilities). Products produced in Brew on Premises locations are accepted, assuming equipment utilized is on a typical homebrewing scale.
You can enter one beer per BJCP subcategory. For example, you may enter 1 beer in subcategory 4A Munich Helles and 1 beer in subcategory 4B Festbier, but you should not enter 2 beers in subcategory 4A Munich Helles.
The competition committee reserves the right to combine overall style categories based on number of entries. All possible effort will be made to combine similar styles. All brews in combined categories will be judged according to the style they were originally entered in. Members of the competition committee are welcome to submit entries in the competition, but will be excluded from Best of Show (BOS) awards.
The 1st place entry in each category will advance to the Best of Show (BOS) round with a single, overall Best of Show beer selected (The Seoul Cup). The Seoul Cup BOS will be awarded and the winning beer will be brewed in collaboration with Seoul Brewery.
The Seoul Cup, Best of Show (BOS) judging will be determined by a Best of Show panel based on a second judging of the top winners. After all, there is only one Seoul Cup.
Bottles will not be returned to entrants.
출품 접수 규정
각 출품 당 적어도 300ml짜리 병 2개를 제출해야 합니다. 공간 절약을 위해 330ml의 작은 병을 선호하지만, 더 큰 병도 허용됩니다. 심사위원이 완전히 블라인드로 심사할 수 있도록 병에서 식별 표시/상업용 라벨을 제거해 주세요.
참가자에게는 병이 반환되지 않습니다.
등록 시, 각 출품에 인쇄 및 부착할 라벨이 이 웹사이트에서 제공됩니다. 출품 라벨은 반드시 병에 붙여야 하며, 결로로부터 보호하기 위해 투명 테이프로 라벨을 완전히 덮어 주세요. 주최자가 라벨을 확인할 수 없는 경우, 해당 출품작은 심사되지 않습니다.
특별히 명시해야 하는 재료가 있다면 꼼꼼히 기록해 주세요. 이를 기록하지 않으면 심사위원이 출품작을 평가할 때 점수에 영향을 줄 수 있습니다.

2 bottles of at least 300ml are required for each entry. Small 330 ml bottles are preferred to save space, but larger bottles are allowed as well. Please remove any identification marks/commercial labels from the bottle so that the judge can evaluate it completely blind.
Bottles will not be returned to contest entrants.
Upon registration, this website provides labels to be printed and attached to each entry. Entry labels should be attached to bottles. Completely cover the label with clear tape to protect it from condensation. If the organizer cannot read your label, it will not be judged.
Be meticulous about noting any special ingredients that must be specified. Failure to note such ingredients may impact the judges' scoring of your entry.

You can drop-off the bottles during business hours at the Seoul Brewery Hapjeong location in Seoul, or you can mail it to the delivery address in Seoul.
All items that have not arrived by mail or in-person within the shipping window are not subject to review.
Entries must be received during the delivery period, otherwise they will not be reviewed.

The awards ceremony will take place once judging is completed.
Places will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each category/table.
The 1st place entry in each category will advance to the Best of Show (BOS) round with a single, overall Best of Show beer selected (The Seoul Cup). The Seoul Cup BOS winning beer will be brewed in collaboration with Seoul Brewery (meads, ciders, rice ferments excluded).
Additional prizes may be awarded to those winners present at the awards ceremony at the discretion of the competition organizers.
Score sheets and feedback will be available on this website shortly after judging has completed.

모든 심사는 전자 방식으로 진행됩니다. 심사위원은 심사를 위해 개인 기기를 지참해야 합니다.
노트북 또는 태블릿 사용을 권장하며, 휴대전화도 사용 가능하지만 권장하지 않습니다. 심사위원에게 전자 기기는 제공되지 않습니다.

Judging will occur on January 23rd at the Seoul Brewery Hapjeong location in Seoul. If you would like to volunteer as a judge or steward, please regsiter and submit the judge or steward form. We welcome anyone interested who has not participated in a beer competition to volunteer as a steward.
All judging will be electronic. Judges must bring a device for judging. A laptop or tablet is recommended. Cell phones will work but are not recommended. Electronic devices will not be provided to judges.
